BOSTON (AP/WHJJ)  Despite several reports on Friday morning that an arrest warrant had been issued for Patriots' Tight End Aaron Hernandez, a clerk at the Attleboro District Court says that is not true.

Meanwhile, family members of the man found slain a mile from New Hernandez's house say they are looking for answers about what happened the night he died.

Police have searched Hernandez's sprawling home in North Attleborough, not far from where the Patriots practice. The Bristol County District Attorney has not released any information, other than saying the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd was a homicide.

A jogger found Lloyd's body in an industrial park Monday. His uncle Ishmael Andrew said Friday that Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez's girlfriend.

The Attleboro District Court clerk magistrate says search warrants have been issued in the case, but they're not yet public. He says no arrest warrants have been filed in the court as of Friday morning.
