PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — A convicted rapist known as the "Footlicker" for forcing himself on women's feet in Rhode Island and Massachusetts must serve more than 6½ years in prison for violating his probation.
Attorney General Peter Kilmartin's spokeswoman said Raymond Dublin was ordered Wednesday to serve six years and nine months for violating his probation from a previous sentence.
Amy Kempe said Dublin hadn't complied with sex offender counseling, left the state without permission and engaged in sexually explicit behavior by leaving notes on women's cars. She says he admitted the violation and waived his right to a hearing.
Dublin was also ordered undergo sex offender counseling at the Adult Correctional Institutions.
He was previously convicted of rape, assault and failing to register as a sex offender.
