PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — A third person has pleaded guilty in connection with the killing of a 17-year-old Providence high school football player, who was shot through a window in a case of mistaken identity.

The Providence Journal reports that 19-year-old Seydina Limamoy Ndoye pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree murder, conspiracy and a weapons charge in the killing of George Holland Jr.

He faces life in prison at sentencing.

Holland was visiting his girlfriend's house Feb. 4 when he was shot. Prosecutors said the intended targets were his girlfriend's brothers, who had allegedly stolen cash and a cellphone from some of the suspects. Holland played football for Central High School.

Robert Winston and Alain Bedame previously pleaded guilty. Anthony Moore and Ashner Alexis have pleaded not guilty.
