Police identify Woman killed in Burrillville Crash

BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (AP) _ Police have identified a woman killed in car crash in Burrillville last week as a 37-year-old Providence resident.

Authorities say Massiel Ortiz died after her vehicle collided with another vehicle on Route 102 on Friday afternoon. Four others were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, including a man, his 1-year-old son and Ortiz's two teenage daughters.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident. They say everyone involved appeared to be wearing seat belts.
Authorties say Ortiz was driving despite having a suspended license. Police say her license was suspended last year for ``failure to deposit security.''
