WOONSOCKET, R.I. (AP) — A Woonsocket police officer is being accused of biting a man's ear during a premiere party for a reality TV show on which his wife is appearing.

Police tell WJAR-TV they have opened an internal affairs investigation into the actions of Officer Nick Guilmette.

Connecticut state police were called to help break up the fight Sunday night at the Foxwoods Resort Casino, where a party was being held for the premiere of the Bravo show "Game of Crowns," which follows married pageant contestants.

No arrests were made. Tribal police are investigating the incident.

The entertainment website TMZ reported that Guilmette bit the ear of Brian Sebastian, the husband of another pageant contestant. It posted photos of Sebastian's ear.

Bravo says its cameras were not at the private party.
