Providence Man Arrested and Held in Ecstasy Delivery

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) _ A Providence man has been ordered held after being arrested for allegedly delivering thousands of Ecstasy pills.
 
The U.S. Attorney's office says Christian M. Araujo, also known as Christian Sanchez, was arrested Friday in a Pawtucket parking lot.
 
U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Patricia A. Sullivan ordered him held in federal custody.
 
Authorities say the 46-year-old agreed to deliver around $30,000 worth of Ecstasy to someone he thought was a drug dealer.
