Plans for one of three high-rise towers in Providence inch forward. The Interstate-195 Redevelopment District Commission has agreed to move forward with the three towers expected to each cost 150-million dollars. Proponents urged the commission to take advantage of the Fane Organization's project and see it as an opportunity. Developers also have to submit a "Level 2" application to be considered by the Committee to continue with plans.
