(Providence, RI) -- Providence Police are investigating a home that was shot up early yesterday morning. Police say the resident of the home off Branch Avenue was awakened by the sound of gunfire around 3:45 but didn't see anything. Police say they found a number of bullet holes in the porch and some shell casings in the street. A K-Nine followed the scent for a few blocks but lost it.
