(Attleboro, MA) -- A Warwick man who was a passenger in a taxi is dead after a crash in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Massachusetts State Police say the accident happened around 1 a.m. Saturday morning on southbound Interstate-95 near Exit 2. Troopers say a car driven by 41-year-old Michael Spinale of Roslindale, Massachusetts struck the back of the cab, killing the passenger 39-year-old Kailash Bolar. Spinale is charged with motor vehicle homicide, OUI and other traffic charges.
