(Providence, RI) -- Providence Tax Assessor David Quinn is on paid leave while city officials review a personnel issue. The assessor's office came under the microscope last year while police investigated several transactions in the office. No one was charged after that investigation. A spokeswoman for the mayor couldn't comment on the current situation.
