(Providence, RI) -- Family and friends are mourning the loss of a 16-year-old crash victim. They gathered last evening at Providence's Neutaconkanut Park to remember Jasmine Reyes at a candlelight vigil. Reyes was killed Friday after crashing a friend's car on Interstate-95 in Warwick. Police say a tow truck struck the car after the initial crash. Reyes didn't have a license and it's not clear why she was driving the car.
