(Warwick, RI) -- Police say a Warwick man is facing DUI charges after hitting a pedestrian. Authorities say the accident happened around 10:30 last night as the pedestrian was crossing Main Avenue. He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital where he's in critical condition. Police say the driver of the vehicle 24-year old Howard Marshall is to be arraigned today.
