(Providence, RI) -- Businesses in Providence's Federal Hill are trying to force the removal of parking meters. The business owners say the meters along the Atwells Avenue business district are affecting revenue. Some businesses claim revenue has dropped as much as 35% since being installed. The Federal Hill Commerce Association has started a petition to get the meters removed.
