(Richmond, RI) -- A 36-year-old Charlestown man is facing charges in a crash that killed a woman. The accident happened around 1:15 a.m. yesterday along Heaton Orchard Road in Richmond where officers found a heavily damaged car and a woman dead after being ejected. Officers found the driver, Rudolph V. Alexander, walking several hundred feet from the crash scene. The name of the 37-year-old victim is being withheld pending notification of family members.
