(Providence, RI) -- Reservations are now being accepted for the Case-Mead Lofts at Dorrance and Weybosset Street in Providence. The 44 microloft, studio and one bedroom apartments are currently under construction. The five-story structure dates back to 1859 when the first four floors were built and the top floor was added in 1906 when the structure was extensively renovated. Monthly rents range from $900 to nearly $1,900.
