(Smithfield , RI) -- Smithfield Police say a Johnston man is facing charges for selling edible items with marijuana compounds. Authorities say the owner of the Glassco Smoke Shop on Cedar Swamp Road, Michael Brickey, was arrested yesterday. Investigators seized oils, powders, gummy candies, lollipops and popcorn from the store. Brickey was also wanted on a warrant out of Pawtucket for possession with intent to distribute.
