(Providence, RI) -- A man is facing an assault with a dangerous weapon charge. Providence Police say 19-year old Kevin Pagan was riding a bike with two other people around 10 a.m. Monday when he fired a gun at a 40-year old woman hitting her in the chest. The shooting happened on Douglas Avenue at Orms Street. A short time later, officers found Pagan and the BB gun in a backpack.
