(East Providence, RI) -- Two men are dead after their van collided with two tractor trailers on Interstate-195 in East Providence. The accident happened around 10 a.m. yesterday near Exit 8. The van had slowed behind a tractor trailer when another 18-wheeler hit the back of the van crushing it against the first tractor trailer. Steven Magan of Palmer, Massachusetts and his passenger, Axel Moran of Marlboro, Massachusetts, were pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
