Governor Wants Review Of National Grid's Preparedness, Restoration Efforts

(Providence, RI)  --  Thousands of Rhode Islanders are still in the dark from Monday's storm and Governor Raimondo wants to know why.  The governor is calling for a review of the state's largest energy provider, National Grid.  Raimondo says the utility should make plans to prevent outages when storms are forecast.  The governor says the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers will conduct the review once power has been restored.
