(North Kingstown, RI) -- A number of people were hurt and two are being treated for serious injuries after explosions on a barge in North Kingstown. Authorities say the explosions happened while work was being done on a barge at Senesco Marine around 3:30 p.m. yesterday. Fire officials say there were multiple injuries and two people were taken to Rhode Island Hospital. One person has burns over 70-percent of his body, while the other suffered severe leg injuries.
