(Seekonk, MA) -- The Red Cross is assisting two residents after a fire destroyed their home in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The fire occurred around 10 a.m. yesterday in a barn converted to apartments on County Street. The residents were not at home when the fire broke out, but two dogs and two ferrets were killed in the blaze. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
