(San Antonio, TX) -- A retired research monkey from Brown University is now safe at a Texas wildlife sanctuary after escaping on Monday afternoon. The monkey, named Dawkins, was on the loose for several hours after somehow getting out of its cage on an American Airlines flight at San Antonio International Airport. Dawkins was eventually cornered in a baggage handling area and tranquilized.
