(North Providence, RI) -- A mural depicting the mayor of North Providence in an unflattering light is getting some attention. The owner of a building, Dr. Anthony Farina, recently commissioned an artist to depict Charles Lombardi sitting on a toilet while wearing a crown. Farina has protested city actions against his property, including citations for upkeep failure. The "Valley Breeze" reports North Providence officials got a report this week indicating the town can move forward with an immediate order to demolish the building because of its poor condition.
