(Johnston, RI) -- Well-known Rhode Island real estate developer Alfred Carpionato has died at the age of 75. The Carpionato Group, of which Alfred was the chairman and CEO, confirmed his passing on Saturday. Alfred Carpionato was responsible for developing and re-developing millions of square feet of Rhode Island property, including the Chapel View center in Cranston and the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick.
