(Providence, RI)--The Providence School Board is telling Times-Squared Academy to remove its executive director.The board said in a recent letter that the academy failed to have Dr. Rudolph Moseley's 2016 appointment approved.State Department of Education Commissioner Ken Wagner says failure to take appropriate action could lead to the academy's charter being revoked.Times-Squared has responded by saying the appointment was on the up-and-up.Moseley has been under scrutiny since he reportedly dismissed nearly two-dozen teachers earlier this year, and also, Times-Squared was given an unsatisfactory review from the state.
