(Providence, RI)--A Miami man who was nabbed for alleged fraudulent ATM use is being detained in federal custody in Rhode Island after making an initial appearance in federal court in Providence.The U.S. Justice Department says Dean Emmanuel Colin used credit cards to make multiple large cash withdrawals from ATMs at banks in Warwick and Seekonk, Massachusetts.One day before he was arrested in Seekonk, Colin allegedly took 35-thousand dollars from an ATM in Warwick.The United States Secret Service is investigating what it calls a cash-out scheme totaling nearly one-million dollars in five states, also including Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
