(Providence, RI)--The Foxy Lady strip club in Providence is settling a court case with the city's board of licenses.The board revoked the club's licenses after several employees were arrested on prostitution charges last year, but the club was allowed to re-open without the use of its VIP room after it appealed to the state Supreme Court.A ten-day license suspension that has been agreed to is considered already served when the club was shut down, and the club has also agreed to lower the partitions in the VIP room.The parties agree that there is no evidence that violations resulted from gross negligence from the Foxy Lady.
