Hell's Angels President Facing Charges For Shooting Incident

(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island State Police is providing more details on the police activity at the Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club in Providence on Wednesday.In addition to arresting Joseph Lancia, who police say is the president of the Rhode Island chapter of the motorcycle gang, authorities also picked up two others for obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest.Lancia faces charges including discharge of a firearm during a violent crime after RISP reports indicate someone claimed a single gunshot was fired at his vehicle as he drove past the club's HQ on Wednesday morning.No one was injured.
