Southwest Airlines Pilots Sue Boeing

The Boeing Max 737debaucle is causing another problems for the aircraft builder.

Pilots for Southwest Airlines are taking Boeing to court over lost pay from the grounding of the 737 MAX. The 79 page lawsuit, filed yesterday, accuses Boeing of purposefully misleading pilots about the plane's safety. Two deadly crashes within months of each other forced the 737 MAX to be grounded across the world.

The Southwest Airlines Pilots Association union claims that pilots have lost over 100-million-dollars in pay since the grounding. The union also urged Boeing to do whatever is necessary to get the 737 MAX back in the air again.
