There’s A Petition To Shut Down The Extreme Haunted House

Someone wants Tennessee’s McKamey Manor shut down.

The number of people signing a petition to shut down the McKamey Manor haunted house is growing. Over 31-thousand people have signed the petition on Change.org over just a couple of days.

Those who want to shutdown the extreme haunted house in Summertown are calling it a "torture chamber in disguise." The petition even says people have been waterboarded.

Owner Russ McKamey says his attraction is simply a “crazy Haunted house.” He adds “I’m a very straight-laced conservative guy, but here I run this crazy haunted house that people think is this torture factory, fetish factory. All of these things that it’s not."

McKamey says each visitor’s tour is recorded and he’s gone back to them a few times to refute claims by visitors.

As we told you, those who enter the manor must first watch a two-hour video, sign a 40-page waiver and pass a physical exam. The entrance fee is a bag of dog food.
