(Cranston, RI)--A notorious convicted sex offender who was living in Providence has reportedly moved.Cranston Police Chief Michael Winquist tells WPRI-TV Richard Gardner registered his address with the Cranston Police Department last week.His address is not being disclosed.Gardner's move to the Washington Park neighborhood of Providence after his release from custody sparked protests a year ago.
