(Providence, RI)--The man arrested for a fatal stabbing at a hookah lounge in Providence made a court appearance on Monday.Joel Francisco was ordered held without bail after he pleaded not guilty in Providence court to a murder charge for the death of Troy Pine.Authorities say Francisco fled Rhode Island after Pine's killing in early October.Francisco was one of about 60 people charged in a federal investigation into the Latin Kings gang and allegedly got help from the Kings to get down to Texas, where he was arrested before he could make it to Mexico.
