(Providence, RI)--Governor Raimondo on Wednesday clarified guidance regarding visitation for parents who have joint custody of their children during the current public health emergency.The governor said in all cases, Family Court orders are to be followed; if either parent feels a visitation change is warranted, they must discuss the issue and come to a resolution together, or if a resolution can't be reached, Family Court is open to deal with emergencies only.
