Providence Man Accused Of Kidnapping-Killing Could Face Death Penalty

(Boston, MA)--The Providence man accused of the brutal kidnapping and killing of a young woman in Boston last year could face the death penalty.The Boston Herald reports federal prosecutors are expected to consider it in the case of Louis Coleman at a hearing today that was delayed for two months because of the coronavirus.The allegations are that Coleman kidnapped Jassy Correia [[ JASS-ee core-AY-uh ]] of Dorchester, dragged her body into an elevator at his apartment, and was stopped by authorities while driving with her body in the trunk in Delaware last February.
