(Undated)--Tropical Storm Isaias [[ ee-sah-EE-ahs ]] brought lots of wind to Rhode Island on Tuesday afternoon and evening.Numerous trees were brought down in Providence and elsewhere; in neighboring Rehoboth, Massachusetts, a tree fell on a person, according to the National Weather Service.Overnight, there were still over one-hundred-thousand National Grid customers in Rhode Island without power.
