(Providence, RI) -- Police in Providence investigate a man's shooting death. Officers responded to a shots fired call on Academy Avenue yesterday afternoon. A 19-year old man with multiple gunshot wounds was found in a parked car there. He was taken toRhodeIslandHospital where he later died from his injuries. Providence Police Major David Lapatin says so far all the evidence indicates the victim was targeted. No arrests have been made.
