The National Weather Service says accumulating snow is in the forecast for Southern New England late Thursday night into early Friday. The weather service predicted last night that Rhode Island could see one-to-two inches. The NWS says strong northeast winds associated with the storm that is bringing the precipitation will impact the coastline.
