(Providence, RI -- Neighborhood Health Plan says it will continue to cover 100-percent of costs for coronavirus testing, treatment and vaccination for its members. That's in contrast to the recent announcement from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island that it will reinstate out-of-pocket coronavirus costs. Starting April first, Blue Cross will cover testing and vaccination, but not treatment.
