McKee Doesn't Rule Out Demolishing Superman Building

(Providence, RI) -- Governor Dan McKee isn't ruling out demolition of the so-called "Superman" building in downtown Providence. The 26-story structure has been vacant since 2013. The Providence Journal reports the governor says tearing down the state's tallest building is an option if it can't be renovated. The tower's nickname comes from it's resemblance to the Daily Planet building in the 1950s "Adventures of Superman" TV show.
