The National Weather Service is calling for snow in Rhode Island late Thursday into Friday.
As of last night's forecast, the weather service was predicting four-to-six inches across mainland RI, and two-to-three inches for Block Island.
Ahead of that storm, northern Rhode Island is under a Winter Weather Advisory until noon today for mixed precipitation.
We could see some freezing drizzle as part of today's precipitation.
