The tension continues on Stephanie Drive in North Providence this morning after an armed man in his fifties barricaded himself inside of a home.
The man has what appears to be an AR 15. One woman is inside of the home.
He is not allowing her to leave. At one point the man asked for food.
He got it - but he still hasn't come out.
The man last telling police that he needs time to figure some things out.
Residents of the area are advised to continue to shelter in place.
