(Providence, RI) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is expected at a get-out-the vote rally in Providence Sunday afternoon for Helena Foulkes. She's one of several candidates seeking the Democratic nomination for governor in Tuesday's primary election. Foulkes has been trailing Governor Dan McKee and Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea in the polls. There are also two other Democrats in the race.
