City Council To Approve Superman Building Tax Deal

The Providence City Council Finance Committee voted unanimously on Monday to approve 29-million dollars in tax breaks for the renovation of the Superman building.

The deal for High Rock Development spans three decades.

The plan for the state's tallest building, which is currently vacant, is to add nearly three-hundred new apartments.

The measure moves onto the full city council.
