Pats, Bills "Prepare The Best They Can" For Sunday Game

The Bills will be playing for more than just a victory when Buffalo hosts the New England Patriots in Week 18 at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.

Second-year safety Damar Hamlin is awake after suffering cardiac arrest during the Bills' game in Cincinnati. Hamlin is still in critical condition, but has shown remarkable improvement since collapsing on Monday night.

The Bills are 12-and-3 and have already clinched the AFC East.

The Patriots are still looking to make it into the postseason.

New England enters the final week of the regular season as the seventh seed in the AFC with a record of 8-and-8.

A win on Sunday would give the Pats a chance at winning their seventh Super Bowl. Patriots head coach Bill Belichick says preparing for this game is unprecedented. He says the "team is preparing the best they can."

The coach also conceded it is not the greatest answer in the world but this is not a situation that anyone can prepare for. The Bills and Patriots are set for Sunday at 1pm.
