A Providence College basketball player has been arrested on charges that he allegedly pointed a gun at his girlfriend.
Providence Police have also said that 21 year old Alyn Breed was charged with several firearm and domestic related charges.
They are not providing further details but they could be provided during an anticipated arraignment on Monday.
College officials in a statement say that they are cooperating with the investigation.
Neither Police nor the College are providing further details.
