Providence College basketball player Alyn Breed is being held without bail for a weekend off-campus domestic incident.
The 21-year-old is facing multiple charges including breaking and entering, destroying property, carrying a gun without a permit and using a firearm while committing violence.
His attorney says that she is anxious to prove her client's innocense.
Although Breed is being held without the right to bail, the Judge says if the alleged victim comes into see him to revise her original statements, he may provide Breed with the opportunity for bail.
PC has suspended Breed from the basketball team.
