Providence Police continue to seek a suspect in the city's eighth murder of the year.
Police called to Dexter Street Friday night aroung 10PM.
The victim, believed to be seventeen, but has yet to be identified died from a single gun shot.
At the murder scene police confirm a knife was found as well.
So far there have been no arrests, nor has there been a motive revealed.
