McKee Says Lunch With Lobbyist "No Big Deal"

The Governor says it's no big deal, but the State Ethics Commission wants to investigate a lunch Dan McKee had with a lobbyist.

The Governor - back in January had a 228-dollar lunch with a lobbyist, who picked up the tab.

State law bars an official from accepting gifts of more than 25 dollars from anyone hoping to do business with the state.

His opponents say it shows a lack of transparency and conflict.
