Pats Lose On Opening Day As Brady Returns

The New England Patriots battled back after falling into a 16 to nothing hole but lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 25 to 20 yesterday at Gillette Stadium.

Mac Jones threw for over 300 yards and three touchdowns for the Pats, with Kendrick Bourne catching two of those scoring passes.

The loss came on the day the team held a halftime ceremony honoring former quarterback Tom Brady.

New England looks to break into the win column next Sunday night at home against the Miami Dolphins.
