Rain is once again in the Southern New England forecast on Wednesday.
All of Rhode Island is included in a Flood Watch from the National Weather Service for the possibility of four inches of precipitation.

All eyes are on Hurricane Lee in the Atlantic Ocean.
The weather service says it could make a close pass to the region later this week, which at a minimum is causing dangerous rip currents.
It appears the region will not get a direct hit.
